Skin Clear gives the body the tools it needs to deal with this excess oil in the form of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and carnitine. Vitamin B5 converts the excess oil to Coenzyme A, a natural enzyme that deals with fatty acids. The role of carnitine is to take this excess oil to the cells so that the excess oil is burned off as energy. Yes that's right, you get the fat burning properties of Carnitine, along with the skin clearing benefit of vitamin B5. I wish this was available when I was a teenager.
